minsan, nakakatamad magsalin ng isang akda
o anupamang sulating wala kang napapala
walang insentibo, ramdam mong mahirap ka na nga
naaabuso pa ang kakayahan mong kumatha
mas nais kong isalin kung may sosyalistang layon
upang matuto ang manggagawang mag-rebolusyon
kahit libre, walang bayad, para sa uri iyon
hayaan akong magsalin kahit walang panglamon
ngunit kung ibang isyung di para sa sosyalismo
napipilitang magsalin, pakikisama ito
kung walang insentibo, ako ba'y naaabuso
mabuti pang isalin ko'y Marxismo-Leninismo
sana'y makaramdam ang nakasalubong kong langgam
siya naman kung pagmamasdam mo animo'y paham
di ko kasi ugali yaong basta makialam
sabihan ang kausap ko na walang pakiramdam

An Ode To Liberty
Another fight for the future is at stake
Nefarious pogrom in this country feared indeed
One after another, blood was turned into lake
Due to the rise of another Hitlerian breed!
Enduring the actions of this notorious beast
Towards ending these terrible deeds of terror
On the want for freedom, we rise with clenched fist
Liberty against this tragic acts we longed for!
In the midst of darkness and stupidity
Beneath the eyes of struggle and fearfulness
Entering the years of sorrow and tragedy
Revolting is just right to repeal this madness!
To the future and this present generation:
You are the hope for another revolution!
